Role focuses on increasing market awareness and customer base through inside sales activities: reviewing and improving account development processes, identifying prospects using Citeline/ZoomInfo/LinkedIn Sales Navigator, initiating outreach (calls, emails, direct mail), setting meetings for BD, recording activity in Salesforce/HubSpot, producing sales activity reports, mentoring inside sales team, and collaborating with Business Development leadership. Requires a bachelor's or equivalent, 5+ years in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry, full professional English proficiency, and availability for occasional domestic and international travel.
