
Customer Solutions Engineer, Atlas, AMER
The Customer Solutions Engineer, Atlas (AMER) is responsible for post-deployment technical account ownership and driving deep adoption of Armada's Atlas SaaS platform across North America. Responsibilities include onboarding support, integrations via APIs and webhooks, monitoring and governance optimization, managing high asset counts, building Joint Success Plans, surfacing expansion signals, and collaborating with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering. Requires 8+ years of relevant technical account/customer success or platform engineering experience and willingness to travel ~25% in North America.
