Responsible for delivery, maintenance, and support of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems for clinical trials, including system setup, change control, data integration specifications, support escalation and troubleshooting, creation of training materials and documentation, trend analysis, and collaboration with clients, customer care, project and product teams. Role requires interaction with users in multiple countries and travel to client sites as needed.

Provide implementation and ongoing maintenance of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems for clinical trials, including change control, data integration specifications, support escalation, creation of training materials and study documentation, support reporting, and identification of recurring support issues. Requires at least 2 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree.
