Provide implementation and ongoing maintenance of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems for clinical trials, including change control, data integration specifications, support escalation, creation of training materials and study documentation, support reporting, and identification of recurring support issues. Requires at least 2 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree.
