The Global Study Coordinator (internal title) is a part-time contract role (up to ~25 hrs/week, hourly, remote - UK) supporting Global Study Managers in planning and operations of active clinical trials. Serves as main point of contact for patient communications and manages all participant travel and logistics, travel budgets, vendor and clinical-site coordination, database setup/transfer, and report preparation. Requires fluent English and Spanish and working knowledge of Microsoft Office; 2+ years' experience in travel and/or pharma preferred.

Provide implementation and ongoing maintenance of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems for clinical trials, including change control, data integration specifications, support escalation, creation of training materials and study documentation, support reporting, and identification of recurring support issues. Requires at least 2 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree.
