The Head of Design will run Xapo's distributed design function (product design, research, UX writing), define and execute design strategy, partner closely with Product and Marketing, scale a unified Figma-based design system, embed research and usability testing, and establish governance for AI tooling. The role is fully remote (company headquartered in Gibraltar) and requires 10+ years of digital design experience with at least 4+ years in an executive leadership role.
