Virta Health seeks a General Counsel to lead the legal function, advise the executive team and Board, oversee corporate and healthcare regulatory matters, support IPO readiness and public company disciplines, modernize legal operations (including AI-enabled tools), and manage outside counsel and legal team development. The role is remote-first with hubs in San Francisco and Denver and reports to the CEO.
