The Director, Strategic Partnerships – Payments & Product will lead and expand VGS’s strategic partner ecosystem (card networks, investors, cloud and infrastructure providers, AI platforms, wallets, processors), lead a team of partnerships professionals, and translate partnership opportunities into product and commercial plans. The role requires 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, fintech BD, product strategy, or payments consulting. Hiring locations include multiple US states and Canadian provinces; VGS operates a remote-first model.

Product role responsible for network relations and defining technical roadmap for card networks and payment gateways, designing durable APIs/webhooks, leading cross-functional execution from partner conversations through GA, enabling customers, and tracking platform KPIs. Requires 7+ years product experience, SQL proficiency, and payments or security domain knowledge.
