Thrive Market is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to own financial reporting and analysis for operations (fulfillment, supply chain, logistics). Responsibilities include forecasting operational costs, building financial models, analyzing KPIs (throughput, cost per unit, labor efficiency, inventory turns), supporting monthly and annual planning, and partnering cross-functionally to model cost and process changes. Role is remote but requires employees to be based in the United States, quarterly travel to fulfillment centers, and biannual travel to the Los Angeles HQ.

The role partners with Product, Engineering, Data Science and business teams to lead end-to-end analytics projects, design and analyze A/B tests, build dashboards and datasets, identify and resolve data quality issues, and translate complex data into actionable insights. Qualifications include 7+ years in data/product analytics, advanced SQL, proficiency in a programming language (Python, Java, Scala, or C++), experience with Hive/Spark and Snowflake, strong statistics/regression skills, and expertise with BI and web analytics tools (Domo, Tableau, Looker, GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel). Employment requires employees be based in the United States and the role involves traveling to the Los Angeles HQ twice a year.
