Lead technical direction for the Application Delivery platform that provides CI/CD, artifact management, and deployment workflows. Design safe, observable, agent-ready delivery (AI/agent integration), set best practices for testing and progressive delivery, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and engineering leaders to improve release quality and delivery speed. Requires experience building platform-as-a-product and production services, strong container/Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code skills, and familiarity with delivery metrics and GenAI tooling.
