Contract role (July 19, 2026 – March 30, 2027) based in San Diego. Own the full lifecycle of printed assets from brief through on-site installation, and lead end-to-end event production (scheduling, vendor management, budgets, logistics). Requires 5+ years event production experience and authorization to work in the United States.

Design role at TED responsible for concepting and executing identities, brand systems, environmental graphics, print production, and digital marketing assets. Requires 3+ years of graphic design experience, expert fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop) and strong proficiency in Figma; NYC-based preferred.
