Swimlane seeks a Professional Services Engineer (Remote, India) to install, configure, and deploy the Swimlane platform; develop and implement SOC/Incident Response playbooks; create integrations using Python, JavaScript and YAML; deliver training and proctored labs; and assist with advanced architecture for non‑standard deployments. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of relevant professional services, SOC/IR, or federal cyber protection experience. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, AKS/EKS/GCP, on‑prem infrastructure, SIEM, IAM, firewalls/proxy, threat intel platforms, and malware sandboxing is expected.
