As Lead Engineer on the Order Management team you will lead end-to-end technical initiatives across checkout, order lifecycle, fulfillment orchestration, and partner integrations. The role is hands-on and focuses on designing stateful services and workflows, driving technical decisions, improving reliability/observability, and mentoring engineers. The team works across a stack that includes Golang, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, AWS, Kafka, Temporal, and Datadog; the position is remote for US-based candidates and requires 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
