The Payroll Associate will own significant portions of the biweekly payroll cycle for 4,000+ employees across multiple states, independently resolving complex payroll issues, performing reconciliations and variance analyses, and partnering with HR/Benefits/Finance. Requires strong Excel and payroll/HRIS experience (ADP Vantage/Workforce, Workday preferred), attention to detail, and experience with multi-state payroll compliance.
