
Senior Customer Success Manager
The Senior Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of customers across industries, acting as a trusted advisor on the SecurityScorecard platform and cybersecurity risk practices to drive retention, expansion, and increased platform usage. Requires a bachelor's degree and 7+ years in account management/customer success or similar; experience with third-party risk or cyber insurance is preferred. The role is hybrid in NYC and the estimated total compensation range is $160,000–$200,000 (base plus bonus).
