The Global Payroll Manager will oversee Regional Payroll Leads, drive consistency of payroll operations and controls across regions, own Tier 3 escalations, support EOR and Global Pay delivery, contribute to payroll KPIs and tooling/transformation initiatives, and report regional performance and risks to the Global Head of Payroll. Requires 8+ years in payroll and 3+ years managing managers; EOR experience and familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI/Power Apps/SharePoint) are highlighted.

The Payroll Coordinator will manage the employment lifecycle and payroll operations for clients, including contract changes, documentation, background checks, compliant onboarding/offboarding, payroll report review and approval, generating sales invoices, maintaining KPIs and internal reporting, and serving as a point of contact for worker and client queries. Role is remote (Moldova) and supports EMEA clients.

Upload and monitor payroll payment files on banking platforms for APAC and EMEA, track payments to completion, resolve rejected files or discrepancies, maintain payment templates, trackers and audit records, support routine payroll administration, coordinate with Payroll and Treasury, and contribute to process improvements.

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day payroll query management and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for clients. Duties include maintaining employee records, investigating payroll issues, generating sales invoices, managing funding/billing, maintaining KPIs and payroll schedules, processing contract changes, and handling compliant offboards. One to two years' experience preferred; excellent written and oral Portuguese and English required.
