The Global Vice President, Accounting Services & Entity Management will design and grow global accounting, tax, entity incorporation and management solutions, manage day-to-day service delivery (SLAs, KPIs, customer satisfaction, financial targets), expand internal delivery footprint and partner networks, and lead and develop distributed teams while partnering with sales and client success to meet growth objectives. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer for global EOR and managed solutions.

Payroll Coordinator responsible for end-to-end APAC payroll post-onboard: maintain payroll compliance and employee records, investigate and correct payroll reports, process worker payments, manage billing/invoicing and funding sheets, handle queries, manage contractual changes and offboards, and ensure necessary background checks.

Manage end-to-end payroll cycle for workers, handle queries, ensure compliant and timely payroll processing, generate sales invoices and manage funding/billing, maintain employee records, and coordinate onboarding/offboarding and background checks. Requires 2–3 years' experience and strong communication skills in English and the local language. Fixed-term remote role based in India supporting EMEA.

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day payroll query management and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for clients. Duties include maintaining employee records, investigating payroll issues, generating sales invoices, managing funding/billing, maintaining KPIs and payroll schedules, processing contract changes, and handling compliant offboards. One to two years' experience preferred; excellent written and oral Portuguese and English required.
