The Implementation Project Manager leads complex, multi-service and multi-country implementations (EOR and Managed Services) for Safeguard Global, owning end-to-end delivery, coordinating internal teams and partners, managing risks and go-live forecasting, and ensuring successful handoff to ongoing service delivery. The role is client-facing and emphasizes project planning, stakeholder communication, platform adoption/training, and driving positive client experience metrics (CSAT/WSAT).

The Client Growth Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within an existing client portfolio by uncovering whitespace, creating and executing account plans, leading the full expansion sales cycle (from discovery to close), maintaining accurate forecasts, and conducting QBRs and executive business reviews. The role requires consultative selling, stakeholder engagement at C-Level/HR, outbound prospecting, and domain knowledge in global workforce solutions (EOR/PEO/HR Tech).
