
Technical Support Expert 2
Twilio is hiring a Technical Support Expert 2 based in Colombia to provide product and email platform support (via phone, email, chat, social), resolve complex technical issues, perform incident communication and on-call duties, mentor junior team members, and contribute to knowledge base content. Role requires 3-4 years of client-facing technical/customer support experience and familiarity with tools such as REST APIs, email deliverability, JIRA/Confluence, Snowflake, SQL, Splunk, Zendesk and related systems.
