Act as a technical advisor to merchants and the sales team: identify pain points, translate business requirements into API-based payment solutions, lead discovery sessions and solution design workshops, run product demos and developer Q&As, and collaborate with Product and Engineering. Fully remote, globally distributed role.

The Associate Solutions Engineer will work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate merchant requirements into technical solutions for Primer's payments platform. Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, solution design workshops, demos, developer Q&As, and providing technical expertise in merchant-facing engagements. The role is remote and requires fluency in French and English.
