Primer seeks a remote-first Business Development Representative for Europe to run proactive outbound activities (cold calls, emails, social and video prospecting), conduct market research, and book meetings to generate high-quality sales opportunities within target accounts. Role emphasizes hunting, creative outreach, strong communication, and collaboration.

This is a mid-market Account Executive role focused on UK&I. You will own the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, build and manage pipeline, develop tailored sales strategies for founders and exec-level stakeholders, provide consultative selling, accurately forecast using CRM, and collaborate cross-functionally (Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success). The company is fully remote and the Growth team works with Mid-Market and SMB accounts in the payments space.

The Account Executive will sell Primer’s payments platform to mid-market customers in France, owning the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, negotiation, close). The role involves building pipeline via outbound prospecting and partnerships, consultative engagement with founders and executive-level stakeholders, and collaboration with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to refine strategy and processes. The company is fully remote and globally distributed.

Owner of the full enterprise sales cycle for Primer’s suite of products: prospecting, discovery, tailored sales strategy, negotiation and closing with founders and C-level/VP/Director stakeholders. Collaborates with Sales Engineering, Product and Customer Success, maintains CRM and forecasts, and leverages knowledge of payments and APAC customers. Business-proficient Mandarin and English required.
