Responsibilities include serving as primary contact to the Contracting Officer and COR, managing staffing, cost, schedule, and performance across O&M and modernization workstreams, maintaining program health visibility, managing risks and dependencies, and representing Oddball in program-level meetings. Proven program management experience on large-scale federal IT contracts and experience with Agile delivery are emphasized. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
