Responsibilities include designing and maintaining SIEM/EDR/identity/automation/case management platforms (notably Splunk Enterprise Security), onboarding and normalizing telemetry, developing automation and integrations, troubleshooting architecture and performance issues, mentoring engineers, and participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation. Minimum 5+ years' experience in IT/security engineering and 3+ years with Splunk are required. Location: Burlington, Vermont (hybrid) or remote. US citizenship required. Anticipated base salary range: $130,000–$175,000/year.

Senior Security Operations Analyst responsible for leading investigations from alert through root-cause analysis and client reporting, correlating SIEM/EDR/identity telemetry, mentoring analysts, and improving detection and automation. Requires demonstrated SOC/MSSP experience, scripting (Python/PowerShell), hands-on experience with at least two EDR/SIEM solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk ES), and US work authorization. Fixed schedule (Sunday–Thursday daytime). Salary range listed: $110,000–$135,000/year.
