
Performance Marketing Manager
The Performance Marketing Manager will own end-to-end affiliate and partnerships program management — recruiting and onboarding partners, negotiating structures, operating affiliate platforms, monitoring tracking and fraud, building performance dashboards, running attribution/incrementality analysis, and collaborating with paid media channels. Requires 3–6 years of affiliate/performance marketing experience and familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., TUNE/HasOffers, Cake, Everflow), BI tools, and cross-channel paid media.
