Responsible for bid management and presales support for new customer acquisition, maintaining and developing offer and service templates, contributing to strategic development of Managed Services, and partial/project management of customer or internal projects. Requires a university degree or equivalent experience, several years' relevant experience preferred, confident use of PowerPoint/Excel/Word, and business-fluent German and English.

Lead development and implementation of change and enablement strategies in transformation projects (ideally SAP), design and operate Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane, SAP EnableNow) and LMS/LXP solutions (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning). Responsibilities include in‑app asset creation and QA, content lifecycle management, target group segmentation, testing and go‑live coordination, evaluation of adoption KPIs, stakeholder workshops and enablement sessions. Requires several years' experience in organizational change management, practical DAP and LMS experience, familiarity with change methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci/Kotter), and very good German and English.
