Mercari Group seeks candidates able to join as new graduates in Oct 2027 or Apr 2028 for a Software Engineer internship based in Japan (remote or Roppongi office). Internship is typically 2–3 months with >20 hours/week. Tracks include backend, frontend, mobile, platform engineering, SRE, data engineering, and security engineering. Required or preferred skills include RDBMS/SQL, experience with languages and tools such as Go, PHP, Java, JavaScript/React, Swift, Kotlin, Python, Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud (Google Cloud/AWS), and familiarity with AI projects. Visa and travel/accommodation support are provided for overseas applicants; English and Japanese CEFR level B2 are indicated as required/desired in some teams.
