The role requires 5+ years in high-volume performance creative (in-house or agency), proficiency with Figma and Adobe CC, experience with creative testing and localization, and familiarity with crypto/fintech.

Own end-to-end relationship management and activation of regional KOLs/creators, set regional acquisition targets and CAC efficiency, partner with growth/marketing/compliance, and adapt a KOL playbook. Requires proven experience building influencer/creator networks (Spain/Iberia), strong relationship and negotiation skills, and knowledge of crypto derivatives (perpetual futures, margin, prop trading). Fluent Spanish required.

Lead the global affiliate and KOL strategy for Kraken's Consumer Growth team: recruit and manage high-value partners and creators, set commercial terms (CPA, revenue share, hybrid), work with Data on cohort-level measurement and tests, protect channel integrity from fraud and abuse, and collaborate with regional teams to adapt offers and operations for local markets.

Lead the global affiliate program and Consumer KOL/creator strategy across Kraken brands, setting strategy, partner selection, commercial terms, and investment allocation focused on funded customers, retention and LTV. Role requires hands-on partner management, cross-functional collaboration with Data/Performance/Compliance, experience with attribution and fraud controls, and international/local adaptation.

Lead the design and specification of automated agent workflows for paid growth (creative fatigue detection, budget reallocation, channel mix optimization, audience signal processing). Responsibilities include refining AI-generated creatives, QA of agent outputs, monitoring and improving workflow performance, and working with engineers to implement automations. Role requires 8+ years in performance or paid growth with deep expertise across major paid channels (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, programmatic/DSPs).
