The Supply Acquisition Coordinator will drive interviewer recruitment and onboarding efforts for Karat’s Interview Delivery team, using sourcing platforms and ATS (Greenhouse preferred), AI tools, and analytics to track funnel conversion, time-to-onboard, candidate quality, and retention. Position requires 3+ years relevant experience and is limited to candidates residing in Mexico City who are authorized to work in Mexico.
