Work on the Midnight Indexer in Rust: ingest blockchain data via subxt, process and store it in PostgreSQL (cloud) and SQLite (standalone), and serve queries and real-time subscriptions via GraphQL. Role requires strong idiomatic Rust (async/tokio), backend/data-systems experience, database schema and query optimisation, and at least 3 years software development experience (including 2 years in Rust). Opportunity to contribute to adjacent components (Node, Ledger, wallet) and work with Substrate, Cardano, cryptography, and zero-knowledge systems.
