
Account Manager- Mid-Market, Growth & Retention (Core)
Rippling seeks an office-based Mid-Market Account Manager in Seattle to own revenue retention and growth for a book of business. Responsibilities include proactive engagement at lifecycle events (go-live, renewals, EBRs), consultative discovery and demos, negotiating contracts, building a pipeline for upgrades and cross-sales, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive adoption. Requires 3+ years of SaaS account management/sales/customer success experience. Compensation: $150,000/year OTE.
