Responsible for leading customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework, defining technical architecture and data models, coaching stakeholders to drive adoption, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and providing customer feedback to shape product roadmap. Requires 10+ years in mid-market/enterprise software, deep Salesforce CRM experience, familiarity with marketing automation and web/scripting technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Responsibilities include leading requirements analysis, user-story generation, decision logging, automated build/deploy, observability, quality control of AI-generated artifacts, and collaborating with global GDC teams to adapt SPSM for the Japan market. Requires 5+ years enterprise systems delivery experience, fluent Japanese and business-level English.

Hands-on engineering role building and deploying AI/LLM-enabled solutions on the Salesforce platform (Agentforce, Data Cloud) for mission-critical public sector customers. Responsibilities include end-to-end implementation, data integration, API/ETL design, ML model deployment, collaboration with mission stakeholders, and enabling ATO/IL5/IL6 compliance. Requires 3+ years’ experience, U.S. citizenship, and active TS/SCI with Polygraph; travel 25–50%.

The role supports customers and partners as an advisor or prime contractor on Salesforce implementation projects.
