The Global Payroll Implementation Specialist will manage technical implementations for multiple customers, configure Remote’s payroll system per legal entity, obtain and validate payroll data, verify statutory compliance, coordinate go-lives and handovers to Payroll Operations, perform reconciliations and UAT, and provide customer-facing support and training. The role is fully remote with priority given to candidates in LATAM.

Responsible for planning, executing and monitoring payroll onboarding projects (client kick-off through first live payroll) for NL and BE. Requires hands-on Dutch and Belgian payroll expertise (AFAS, EasyPay, legislative rules such as loonheffing, ONSS/RSZ, Dimona, DmfA), experience with reconciliations and parallel runs, producing SOPs, performing UAT, and acting as primary stakeholder contact across implementations.

The role owns tailored implementation plans and end-to-end onboarding for PEO clients, including payroll setup, benefits enrollment, state tax registrations, reconciliations, and adoption of co-employment processes. Requires 3+ years in implementation/onboarding/customer success within a SaaS PEO environment, strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, fluent English, and proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel; experience with Monday.com, Notion, Slack, Salesforce or Worklio is a plus. Position is remote with priority for applicants in the United States. Salary range: $83,200–$112,300 USD/year.
