Remote US-based Customer Success Manager role (3-6 years experience) to lead onboarding through go-live, manage a portfolio for value realization and renewals, drive upsell/cross-sell, run QBRs, and work with Salesforce and Planhat. Travel may be required. US cash base range: $100,000–$125,000.

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for end-to-end commercial ownership of strategic enterprise accounts—driving renewals, expansions, pricing and contract discussions, forecasting, and executive-level stakeholder management. Requires 7+ years in account management/enterprise sales or strategic customer success and experience with technical B2B SaaS products. US-based cash base range: $130,000–$160,000 per year.
