Lead and grow a team of ML engineers, data scientists, analysts, and analytics engineers responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the Identification API's ML model. Own the team's roadmap, drive model training/evaluation/deployment at scale, collaborate with product and platform/API teams, and mentor technical contributors. Requires minimum 2 years in a leadership role and at least 5 years professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or a related discipline; experience with MLOps tooling (e.g., MLflow), dbt, and large-scale event data is preferred.
