
Contract IT Support Engineer (US Shift)
Contract role supporting global employees during US business hours. Responsibilities include L1/L2 support for macOS/Windows, VPN/SSO, MDM-based device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, administration of Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 and apps (Slack, Jira, Zoom, 1Password), and supporting SOC 2/ISO compliance and evidence collection. Requires 5+ years of IT/systems support experience and willingness to work US shift timings.
