The Extreme Resident Engineer will act as a technical lead and trusted advisor for a specific customer, providing onsite project implementation support using the PDIO methodology, maintaining project documentation, coaching customers and partners, and ensuring networking implementations meet customer requirements. Role requires 6+ years of networking experience, strong troubleshooting and security skills (4+ years), hands-on security toolset experience, and in-depth knowledge of at least four networking technologies (e.g., Campus Fabric, Cloud IQ, NAC, IDS/IPS, Wireless, IPv4/IPv6, routing protocols).

The Premier Resident Engineer will act as a technical lead and trusted advisor, delivering Plan/Design/Implement/Operate (PDIO) services for Extreme product suites (XIQ-SE, XIQ, EXOS, VOSS, SPB, NAC, wireless). Requires 5+ years of networking experience, hands-on troubleshooting (PCAP/Wireshark, RF tools), knowledge of LDAP/RADIUS/AD for AAA, and the ability to produce design documents, MOPs, and manage customer interactions.
