Lead product strategy, implementation, and scaling of Dave's Marketing Technology ecosystem — owning attribution, tracking, experimentation, paid-channel automation, and integrations across web and app. Requires 5+ years in MarTech/product management, strong technical fluency (SQL; Python/R a plus), hands-on experience with platforms such as AppsFlyer, Braze, Firebase, Google Analytics, Amplitude, and knowledge of iOS measurement frameworks like SKAdNetwork. Role is virtual-first within the United States (company notes employees may live anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii).

Remote (U.S.) Senior Product Manager role owning the Flex card product line at Dave. Responsible for driving adoption and core metrics across onboarding, activation, spend, repayment, and retention; leading discovery, delivery, and in-market optimization; and working closely with engineering, design, credit/underwriting, legal, and operations. Requires 5+ years product management experience, including fintech/lending/cards experience, and strong analytical skills (SQL and BI tools).

Lead and architect ML solutions for marketing and growth across a multi-product fintech platform. Responsible for building and deploying production-grade models (propensity, churn, LTV, cross-sell/next-best-action), driving ML strategy and roadmap, partnering with Marketing/Product/Finance, and improving marketing efficiency through experimentation and measurement. Requires 7+ years in ML/data science and strong skills in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks.

Hire for a Senior Data Analyst to establish reconciliation foundations across internal systems and external partners—designing pipelines, anomaly rules, AI/ML-based matching, and data quality frameworks.
