CircleCI is hiring a Senior GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to lead analytics, own annual and quarterly revenue planning and forecasting, optimize end-to-end GTM processes, and build AI-driven automation for reporting and workflows. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and reports to the Director of GTM Strategy & Operations. United States base pay range: $127,500–$183,500 USD per year.

Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise engineering customers: prospecting, qualification, POCs/evaluations, contract negotiation, and closing. Use MEDDPICC and Challenger methodologies, leverage sales tooling (HubSpot, Outreach.io, Gainsight, 6sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn), collaborate with solution engineers, customer success, and product, and influence product roadmap. Requires 4+ years SaaS enterprise sales experience, familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD concepts, experience selling to engineering leadership and closing multi-year seven-figure contracts.
