
Middleware Technical Account Manager
The role is a technical customer-facing position responsible for driving adoption and best practices for Red Hat Middleware solutions (including JBoss EAP, Kafka, Quarkus, SSO, OpenShift). Requires 5+ years of professional Java development experience, hands-on middleware and messaging experience, debugging at language level (Java/C++), and the ability to manage customer relationships, proactively prevent incidents, and coordinate with Red Hat engineering and support teams. Occasional regional travel to customer sites is required.
