Lead the evolution of a data platform toward an internal DBaaS: design HA deployments (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis) with Terraform and Ansible, scale ClickHouse analytics clusters, maintain Airflow and Redash infrastructure, implement SRE practices (automation, SLO/SLI), and modernize the stack across Bare Metal, OpenNebula, Kubernetes and public clouds.
