
Senior Manager, Premium Support Engineer (Databolt) - Capital One Software (Remote)
Lead technical partner for enterprise customers using Databolt, responsible for incident response (P1/P2), post-live operations, zero-downtime upgrades, performance monitoring, and pre-live readiness including Kubernetes/EKS validation and secure delivery to air-gapped systems. Requires minimum 7 years' relevant experience and deep knowledge of AWS, security/networking (mTLS, JWT, OAuth, DLP), IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), and programming experience (Java, Python, Go, PySpark).
