Experienced FP&A professional role owning FP&A operational responsibilities: design and maintain financial models (P&L, revenue bridge, cost tracking), lead cash flow and working capital forecasting, support month-end close and variance analysis, design FP&A data architecture and KPI dashboards, and evaluate/apply AI tools (e.g., Claude) to automate workflows. Requires a qualified finance professional with 5+ years FP&A/financial operations experience and advanced Excel; experience with financial planning systems (NetSuite, Adaptive Planning) is preferred.

Lead ownership of end-to-end evaluation and benchmarking infrastructure and domain-specific post-training (SFT, RLHF, RLAIF, DPO) for foundation models. Requires strong software engineering skills in Python and experience with PyTorch or JAX and distributed training.

Provide mentoring and live lessons on digital marketing topics, maintain QA scores (80%+), grade student assignments and deliver clear feedback, offer on-demand academic support (including video explanations), and contribute to curriculum and process improvements. Requires minimum 3 years' professional digital marketing experience, strong communication to interact with a U.S.-based audience, and proficiency with Zoom and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO and email marketing platforms.
