You will own technical onboarding and implementation for new accounts, run workshops and trainings, support adoption and growth alongside sales, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to documentation and internal playbooks. Role requires ~2 years post-sales technical experience, strong coding/debugging skills (JavaScript/Node.js preferred), hands-on monitoring/automated testing experience, excellent English, and occasional travel; based in Eastern Time (US East Coast).
