
Account Manager
Maxio seeks an Account Manager to act as the primary post-implementation contact for strategic customers, drive product education and adoption, manage renewals and expansion (upsell/cross-sell), maintain expansion pipeline and forecasts, and collaborate with Product, Services, and Solution Engineering. Role requires 2+ years in quota-carrying post-sale/account expansion roles and experience selling to the FinTech/Office of the CFO ecosystem (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
