Lead market adoption strategy and early-customer engagement for Chainlink's Privacy, AI, and other strategic product lines. Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Solutions Architecture to translate customer needs into product direction, validate product-market fit, and support onboarding of initial enterprise customers.

Role responsible for owning day-to-day relationships with high-value TradFi accounts across Hong Kong and wider APAC, driving pipeline generation, stakeholder mapping, and cross-functional coordination with Deal Leads, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Technical teams. Requires 6+ years' experience (minimum 3 years in institutional finance or related fields), knowledge of DeFi, tokenization and blockchain, and based in or able to relocate independently to Hong Kong. Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.

Lead day-to-day relationships with major TradFi customers, generate early-stage pipeline, evangelize Chainlink products, and coordinate with internal teams (Deal Leads, Product, Legal, Marketing, Technical Solutions). Requires deep knowledge of institutional finance, DeFi, tokenization, and enterprise sales experience.
