Chainlink Labs is hiring a Software Engineer I for the CCIP Protocol team to build and maintain backend services that enable secure, reliable cross-chain message execution. Work on the CRE platform to deliver core capabilities across CLI, Go and TypeScript SDKs, frontend services and backend APIs. Work on foundational CRE platform capabilities including backend services, APIs, and distributed systems to improve reliability, scalability, and workflow execution durability. Requires advanced Go (Golang) experience, production systems design and operation, strong systems thinking, and collaboration across engineering teams; preferred experience includes SLO/SLI-driven reliability, TypeScript or Solidity, and interest in blockchain/Web3.

Build and own end-to-end data products (Data Feeds) and resilient distributed systems for multiple blockchain environments. Work with smart contracts and backend stacks (Golang, Solidity, Move, Rust, TypeScript, Postgres) in a remote role that asks for some overlap with Eastern Standard Time. Requires 7+ years of professional software engineering experience and experience with blockchain/Web3, systems design, and distributed/low-latency systems.
