The OEM Territory Representative (OTR) acts as Broadcom's primary interface to OEM organizations across EMEA, driving revenue growth through attach/refresh/competitive conversion programs, pipeline development, securing design wins, and aligning go-to-market, training, and performance tracking with OEM sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams.

Responsible for developing and executing reseller partner sales strategy and programs (recruiting, onboarding, enablement, GTM planning, renewals, pipeline and reporting). Requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in the software industry, including at least 7 years of SaaS/subscription experience.
