Own the delivery-level client relationship and drive business outcomes for enterprise data warehouse work. Define and prioritize use cases and dashboards, produce clear testable business requirements, ensure end-to-end report quality and data remediation in partnership with Snowflake and Power BI teams, engage senior stakeholders (CIO/CFO/COO), and ensure information security and data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) considerations are addressed.

Lead configuration and implementation of Adobe Workfront tailored to client needs, including dashboards, reports, templates, workflows, and Fusion automations; produce architecture and configuration documentation; participate in discovery and stakeholder interviews; provide QA, training, and ongoing technical support; promote information security and data privacy practices. Requires 6+ years of Adobe Workfront experience.

Lead and manage multiple digital projects and a team of Project Managers through project lifecycle activities (scope, timeline, budget, risks, deliverables). Serve as Scrum Master, liaise with clients and senior leadership, ensure compliance with data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA), and use tools such as JIRA and Confluence; PMP/CSM certifications and experience with CMS/eCommerce platforms are preferred.
