
Federal Sales Director
BlueCat seeks a Federal Regional Director to own and grow a strategic U.S. Federal territory (civilian, defense, intelligence). The role requires 8+ years of U.S. Federal enterprise technology sales, experience closing complex deals, knowledge of Federal procurement vehicles (GWACs, GSA, BPA), and expertise in networking, cybersecurity, Zero Trust, automation, and observability. Responsibilities include leading sales cycles, mentoring sellers, building repeatable sales motions, and collaborating across GTM and technical teams.
