BetterUp is hiring a Senior Sales & Strategy Analytics Manager to lead end-to-end forecasting, pipeline analytics, and planning cycles for GTM. The role partners with Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership, drives forecasting methodology and BI reporting, and advances automation and AI-enabled capabilities. Hub-based in US offices (Austin, NYC, San Francisco, Arlington) with a minimum of 2 days/week onsite expected.

Responsible for creating the partner strategy and program from the ground up, building executive relationships, defining joint business plans, and driving partner-sourced pipeline through co-sell and go-to-market motions. Role is US-open with hybrid hubs in Austin, New York City, San Francisco, and Arlington, VA; travel expected (up to 25% for hub-based, up to 50% for remote).

The Account Director, EMEA will own expansion and renewal targets for named enterprise accounts, lead commercial conversations and contract processes, and build enduring relationships with CXO-level stakeholders. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with post-sales, product and engineering teams, strong experience in enterprise consultative selling, and proficiency using Salesforce. Minimum 10 years of sales experience is required.
