Senior individual contributor role owning domain-level design strategy, building scalable design systems, leading complex 0→1 and 1→n initiatives, mentoring senior designers, and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Research. Requires 10+ years of product design experience and experience influencing leadership on product and engineering direction; experience with AI-native patterns and Figma/generative tools is a plus.
